We do single-ply membranes on small extensions, but not large commercial flat roofs. We'll refer you to a specialist if it's beyond our scope.

30% to start, 30% when scaffold goes up, 40% on completion. No interest, no finance, no card fees.

Usually, yes — we're happy to write the assessment and submit it on your behalf. We don't charge for the report.

Half a day on site. We get up there with a ladder, a torch, and a notebook. You get photos and a written read on the roof's condition within a week.

Most of the time. Welsh and Cornish slate is still being quarried. For very old or unusual stock we'll look at salvage yards before we suggest a substitute.

Repairs, yes. Full re-roofs, no — we close the books from late October through February. We'd rather lose the work than rush it through bad weather.
